Registration Deadline:

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 5th Annual Kiwanis Touch a Truck event.  Please note the following:

 

To ensure a diverse and enjoyable experience for all attendees, Kiwanis reserves the right to approve participation.  Due to limited space, we may need to limit the number of activities.  Confirmation of attendance will be provided no later than February 1, 2026.

 

Submit one form per activity/business that will be at the event.

At least one adult should be at your space at all times during the event.

Event is to be held on March 28th from 10am - 2pm.  Please plan to be at the event from 8:30 - 2:30 to ensure that vehicles are not moving while guests are in attendance.

Hold Harmless Agreement: Business owner agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless Kiwanis International and the Kiwanis Club of Kernersville, a Kiwanis club, from and against all losses, claims, suits or other legal liability and legal expenses of any nature imposed upon or brought against them by reason of any act or omission of the contractor/service provider or its agent or employees in the course of performing the work of providing the services that are the subject of this contract.
