Hold Harmless Agreement: Vehicle owner agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless Kiwanis International and the Kiwanis Club of Kernersville, a Kiwanis club, from and against all losses, claims, suits or other legal liability and legal expenses of any nature imposed upon or brought against them by reason of any act or omission of the contractor/service provider or its agent or employees in the course of performing the work of providing the services that are the subject of this contract.

Safeguards:  

Each vehicle must be secured with wheel chocks

Vehicles/vendors are expected to remain at the event until 3:00 p.m.

Registration Deadline:

So that we can adequately plan our layout, please register your vehicle by March 1, 2025.  We reserve the right to limit the number of food trucks in a particular category.  We will accept applications in the order they are received.  There is no rain date for this event!
