We're excited to host this fun and interactive experience for families in our community. Please review the following information for participants:
Event Details

Date: Saturday, March 28, 2026

Event Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Registration Fee: $50.00 fee is due with confirmation of participation. We also require an additional give-back percentage of sales of at least 10% which is due no later than April 20, 2026.

Participant Arrival & Departure: Please plan to be on-site from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Early departures are not permitted, for the safety of our guests.
Participation Guidelines

Vehicle Approval: Kiwanis reserves the right to approve all vehicles. To ensure a diverse and enjoyable experience, we may limit the number of similar trucks in a particular category. Confirmation of vehicle acceptance will be provided ASAP.

Safety First: All drivers and participants must be in good standing. Vehicles must remain stationary through the event.

There is no rain date for this event. In the unlikely case the event should need to be cancelled, we will let you know by 9AM on March 27th.

Lead adult who will be attending the vehicle on the day of the event (Mandatory)
Cell phone for Lead for communication during the event if needed.
Hold Harmless Agreement: Vehicle owner agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless Kiwanis International and the Kiwanis Club of Kernersville, a Kiwanis club, from and against all losses, claims, suits or other legal liability and legal expenses of any nature imposed upon or brought against them by reason of any act or omission of the contractor/service provider or its agent or employees in the course of performing the work of providing the services that are the subject of this contract.
