About Kiwanis International: A Global Force for Children
Kiwanis International is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.
The Literacy Project: Fostering Education in Kernersville
The Kiwanis of Kernersville Literacy Project is dedicated to improving the education of children in our community. We provide bookcases and books to schools to help promote literacy and a love of reading. Our project has already made a positive impact on several schools in the Kernersville area, and we are expanding our effort to additional schools. We also provide free children’s books at several community events, including Touch-a-Truck, Miss Mary’s Children’s Parade, and Downtown Trick-or-Treat. We are committed to continuing our efforts. By supporting our fundraising efforts, you can help us provide the tools and resources necessary to help children succeed.
